This service is for when you already know what the problem is and need someone to design a fix that works in practice with your team.
We design the work steps first, then decide which parts should use which tools. The work we do includes robotic process automation (RPA) to handle repetitive tasks in place of people, dashboards that bring numbers together in a clear visual view, connecting systems so they talk to each other and moving existing data across without losing anything, and building a system from scratch when no off-the-shelf option fits.
We choose based on how well something fits your work and budget, not on what we happen to be good at. If something that is already for sale meets your needs, we will tell you so.

This service is the Craft stage, after you have seen the problem and chosen a direction in Check. For a small, clear job, such as one automation or one dashboard page, we can quote directly without going through Check.
