PMO: planning and managing projects

This service is for people building something and starting to feel they are losing control of it. It could be an app, an internal system, or a new product that is already partly built.
PMO (Project Management Office) is the person who looks at the project as a whole. We start by asking what the end goal is, then work backward to plan the path. We split the work into stages, decide who is responsible for what, and set a rhythm for checking progress. When something changes, we help decide where the plan needs to adjust.
If you already have developers or a team working, we work alongside them.
