How Doxbev works
This page explains what happens at each step, how we think about the work, and how we manage AI.
Chat, Check, Craft, Care
- 1
Chat
Talk it through first
You message us about what is stuck. We ask more questions until we see where the real problem is, then share two or three possible directions with rough budget ranges. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need a system yet.
No charge

Check
See the real problem clearly
We look closely at how your business actually works, summarize the real problem, and present options with reasons why each one does or does not suit you.
Paid service
- 3
Craft
Build it until it works
When you choose for us to continue, we test a small piece first when needed, then build or set up the system until it is finished and hand it over to your team.

Care
Support after go-live
After you start using it, we train the people who use it and help when problems come up, so what we built keeps being used.
Paid separately
Chat says what. Check says how.
In our conversations, you will understand your own problem more clearly each time. Designing a fix that truly fits your business means looking at the real work first, so that happens in Check.
In Chat
- Say what the real problem is, separate from the symptoms you see
- Suggest two or three possible directions
- Give a rough budget range for each direction
- Say plainly when you do not need a system yet
In Check, Craft, and Care
- Look closely at how your business actually runs
- Design a fix for that specific business
- Choose and set up tools, test a small piece, build, and hand over
- Keep supporting you after go-live
Sample questions we ask in Check
We ask more than we tell, because good questions help a business owner see their own problem before we propose anything.
- 1Which work repeats every day or every week, which takes the most time, and who does it?
- 2Where do the numbers you make decisions with come from, and how far do you trust them?
- 3Where is your business data stored, and how many people can change it?
- 4If the person who knows this process best quit tomorrow, could the work keep going?
- 5What tools have you tried before, and why did you stop using them?
- 6If we fixed this, what would be different, and how would you know it worked?
- 7How ready are the people who will use it to learn something new, and what budget is realistic?
Neutral on tools
We do not sell anyone’s software. What we sell is a sound decision and a plan you can follow. So our answer could be any item on this list, including the last one.
- A tidy spreadsheet
- An off-the-shelf system that is already for sale
- Automation for repetitive work
- A dashboard that brings the numbers into one place
- A system built specifically for that business
- No system needed yet
How we use AI in our work
We use AI to help with research and drafting, and we hold to four principles.
A person reviews and approves everything
Everything AI produces is read, checked, and approved by a person before it reaches you.
Real customer data never reaches AI
We do not send your real customer data to AI. When we need to test something, we use sample data instead.
AI works to written standards
How we use AI in our work follows written standards, not the habits of whoever happens to be using it.
Every piece of work can be traced
For each piece of work, we can look back at how it was done, what helped, and who checked it.
A small budget, and we find a way that fits
We do not turn down work because the budget is small. Sometimes the best path is to start with the smallest piece that helps, then expand once you are ready. The only work we refuse is illegal work.
Something similar going on? Message us and tell us about it.
Tell us the problem first. We ask a few more questions, then tell you where the real problem is likely to be.
