This service is for when you already have a tool or system, whether we chose it for you or you chose it yourself, but you still need someone to help it fit into everyday work.
A good system that nobody uses does not help. So we focus on the people who will use it. We set the system up to match the team’s steps, move existing data across, and train using your real work as examples, not generic slides.
We handle the technical parts the team does not need to worry about. For what the team does need to know, we explain it in plain words and write a short guide they can refer back to.
