1. The information we collect

This website is an information site. It has no forms and no sign-up system, so we only collect the information you send us yourself through Facebook Messenger, LINE, phone, or email.

This information may include your name, contact channels, and the business details you describe. We ask that you do not send personal data about your customers or employees at the start.

2. What we use the information for

We use the information only to answer your questions, understand your problem, suggest options, and contact you about what you asked. We do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Website visit data

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see an overview of which pages get visits and how many. This tool does not use cookies, does not track individuals across websites, and shows aggregated numbers with no personal data. That is why we do not show a cookie consent banner.

When you click through to Messenger or LINE, you are subject to the privacy policy of that provider.

4. Data retention

We keep the information you send us only as long as needed for the conversation and the services. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

5. Disclosure of information

We do not sell your information or share it with outside parties, except when the law requires us to disclose it or when you give us permission to do so.

6. Your rights and how to contact us

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA), you have the right to ask to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
